Graduating from Tokyo University of Science in 1987, Mr Tamaki joined Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. and experienced in carrying out project works in the area of urban development and transportation. In 2003, he quitted Pacific Consultants, established Transportation Research Institute Co., Ltd and managed projects on his own.
